Terms and Conditions
Go Scoot, LLC is dedicated to providing the best available price and shipping of 50cc scooters
We do not charge for delivery from the manufacturer to us (that is included in your bid price), nor do we charge for preparation, if any, or document preparation.
These charges, at a dealership, can equal 20-50% of the sales price of the scooter, in addition to the sticker price.
You will save money with a high volume discount dealer like Go Scoot, LLC.
Your scooter arrives to us in the same packaging that we ship it to you in.
Some minor assembly is required.
We are not responsible for incorrect assembly.
Limited Warranty
12 Months or 1,200 Miles for ALL On-Road.
12 Months for all Go Scoot Off-Road Products( Dingo 70, 110, 200, Gladiator 90, Jaguar 110, 150, MPX Series ).
6 Months for remaining Off-Road Products( all other off road not listed above )
Limited Parts Warranty
All warranty must be handled through the dealer where you purchased your products.
If you can not reach your dealer you will need to furnish a copy of your original invoice which must show our model number and vin number on the invoice before we can warranty your product directly.
Parts Only for All Products:
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING PARTS ONLY:
Engine long block assembly, including all internal lubricated parts, i.e. Rings, pistons, pins, crankshaft and, main bearings, the connecting rods, and rod bearings, camshaft bearings, timing chain gears, rocker arms, valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve push rods, valve lifters, and oil pump. Additionally, the engine head(s), engine block and cylinder barrels will be covered if they are solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components specified above. The Cooling system must be in good working order including cooling fans.
Accessory items, including but not limited to electrical components of all types (distributor, alternator and all sensors and electrical control devices), fuel systems, gaskets, seals, filters, mounts linkage and fluids are not covered by this agreement.
TRANSFER CASE:
All internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case itself will be covered if damage solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transfer case.
Accessory items, including but not limited to, U-joints, electrical components, linkage, seals, gaskets, mounts or fluids are not covered by this Agreement.
DIFFERENTIAL:
All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case. The drive axle housing itself if damaged solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more or the internal lubricated components contained the drive axle housing.
Accessory items, including but not limited to, backing plates, all brake system components, cables, controls, linkage, vents, pumps, U-joints, electrical controls, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this Agreement.
TRANSMISSION (Automatic or Standard):
All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. The transmission case itself if damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case. The Complete hydraulic system must be flushed including integral transfer case, oil cooler, lines, and new filter(s) installed.
Accessory items, including but not limited to, modulators, governors, electrical controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this agreement.
COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS:
You must have a professional mechanic (any small engine repair shop, motorcycle shop, or local auto repair shop) or an authorized Go Scoot Dealer assemble your new motorized vehicle and do the prep work to assure your vehicle is in good working condition. You will need to provide proof of this when filing a warranty claim, so keep your receipts. Subject to the limitations stated in this agreement, Go Scoot agrees (at its sole discretion and election) to replace a covered component if the covered component fails as a result of one or more of the internal lubricated parts within the component stated warranty period from the date of purchase, while the component is being used under the conditions and in the manner specified by its original manufacturer.
The following items are not covered under any circumstance.
Tires, rims, body panels, fuses, forks, shocks, gaskets, light bulbs, seats, CV Boots, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, filters, clutch wear parts, cables, drive belt, chain, spark plug, any part made from rubber, belts, brake linings and/or pads, batteries, sprockets, external springs, clips, nuts, bolts, fasteners, frame.
Initial Preperation and delivery issues (DEALER ONLY):
Items not covered by the warranty above may be covered under the initial set up of the vehicle if reported to Go Scoot by the dealer.

THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING IS TRUE:
THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT USE A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC (SMALL ENGINE REPAIR SHOP, MOTORCYCLE SHOP, OR AUTO REPAIR SHOP) OR AN AUTHORIZED GO SCOOT DEALER TO ASSEMBLE AND PREP THE PRODUCT PRIOR TO OPERATION. Proof of this is required for warranty claims.
THE DAMAGE TO THE COMPONENT IS CAUSED BY AN ACCIDENT.
THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO FOLLOW THE MINIMUM MAINTENANCE AND BREAK-IN REQUIREMENTS SUGGESTED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND FAILS TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE DOCUMENTS.
THE DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT IS CAUSED DURING SHIPPING.
PRODUCT IS USED IN A MANNER WHICH IT WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR.
THE PRODUCT IS MODIFIED IN ANYWAY.
THE PRODUCT IS USED IN RENTAL OR COMMERCIAL BUSINESS.
TOWING CHARGES:
All towing and/or shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
REPAIRED COMPONENTS:
If the components are repaired under the terms of this agreement, they will be repaired or replaced with component parts of like kind and quality.
S&H Charges and WHO pays:
IN WARRANTY:
If your product is still under warranty you may return any part for exchange, at your expense, to our Mandeville, Louisiana Distribution center. We will pay return shipping to you unless it is determined your part was abused or damaged other than manufacturers defect. Your dealer may handle the parts exhange for you at no expense to you however the option to do so is that of the dealers and we have no control of a dealers in house parts exhange policies.
Out of warranty:
Customer is to pay for parts, S&H both ways and all labor charges.
Part Exchange:
In all cases you must send us the part that needs to be replaced. Failure to do so may result in your getting the wrong part. We are not responsible for wrong parts sent if we do not have your part to exchange and verify correct part numbers.
Parts ordered from our online website will have a guarantee to be what you ordered. If the part is incorrect, we will pay for return shipping of that part. If you don't place your order on that site, you will be responsible for return shipping if you get the incorrect part.
Why do you need my part?
We need to verify your replacement part is the correct one to send to you.
We require the part back so we may monitor defective parts and notify the correct manufacturer or potential future problems or recalls.
We need to verify that your part is in fact defective. Many times we receive parts that are not defective at all.
Items under warranty must send parts back to get free excahnges.
LIMITED WARRANTY TRANSFERABILITY:
THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS:
THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. GO SCOOT SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.
NO OTHER AGREEMENT:
There are no other agreements between the parties with regards to the components purchased except as stated in this agreement & limited warranty.
REPLACEMENT PART:
Go Scoot reserves the right to inspect the defective part before replacing it. In some cases Go Scoot will require customer to send in the defective part for inspection before exchange can be made. The inspection process might take from 2-4 business days after its arrival to the designated inspection office. Go Scoot will decide if the part in question is defective or otherwise. Go Scoot does not reimburse shipping fee.
Transportation
We do not profit from transportation charges.
You always pay our cost or less for your shipment.
If a product is damaged in transportation we will assist you in your claim against the shipping company.
It is critical that you inspect the unit(s) prior to the delivery company leaving to insure no damage occurred during transportation. If the delivery company leaves before you inspect, you may be denied the claim by the freight company. The claim is between you and the freight company.
These cases are rare, and are usually settled in days.
Taxes
We do not charge taxes for any shipment outside of Louisiana.
You may be charged taxes if you register your product for license plates.
All states are different, consult your local tax collector for full information.
There is no tax on shipping.

If you are unable to resolve your problem with a Go Scoot, LLC, simply call and speak to Al, the owner.
There is no runaround.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your product, you may send it back for a 15% restocking fee. Unit must be returned
in new resalable condition within 10 days of receipt and mileage on unit must be less than 10.
You are responsible for shipping both ways, but we will assist you in getting the best price.
All returns must be shipped prepaid to our Mandeville, Louisiana Distribution center
You will also be responsible to pack your Product for return so as to prevent damage to body panels or mechanicals.
Purchaser certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age and of legal age
of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside.
WARNING: Product not for use for non-licensed drivers.
DISCLAIMER: Seller (Go Scoot, LLC.) makes no warranties as to
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, either express or implied,
and disclaims any responsibility for the product when used not as intended or by
inappropriate users.
PURCHASER'S RESPONSIBILITY: You must inspect all equipment before
using it and to take full responsibility for assuring that the equipment is in
good working order and safe to use. You further understand that you are
responsible for damage to equipment. Purchaser understands the nature of motor
scooter riding and motorcycle related activities and acknowledges that Purchaser
is qualified to operate said motor scooter, and is in proper physical condition
to participate in such activity. Purchaser agrees to assume all risks when
allowing others to operate Purchaser s scooter. If Purchaser is not familiar
with the nature of motor scooter riding, Purchaser should seek professional
training before operating a scooter.
INHERENT RISKS: Warning! Scooter riding activities involve the risk
and danger of serious bodily injury including, but not limited to, disability,
paralysis, dismemberment and death. These inherent risks and dangers may be
caused by Purchasers own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of
others, participating or not participating in the activity, the condition in
which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others. There may be
additional risks, including social and economic loss, either known or unknown to
Purchaser, not readily foreseeable, and Purchaser fully accepts and assumes
responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a
result of Purchaser s participation in scooter riding activity.
OPERATION, REGISTRATION AND LICENSE: Purchaser is responsible for
registering and operating the motor scooter in accordance with local and state
laws and ordinances. Seller makes no representations that the motor scooter is
legal for operation in your City and State.
